Learning Solutions currently offers a comprehensive psycho-educational evaluation at EXTREMELY LOW COST, well below current market rates. Terms are self-pay by cash, check, money order, or with your credit card through PayPal (it is not necessary for you to have a PayPal account when paying by credit card). Insurance is NOT accepted: In many cases, insurance companies will not reimburse for psycho-educational evaluations. However, an invoice can be provided to you for submission to your insurance plan for an out-of-network claim. 

When paying by cash or check, a partial payment is expected at the first meeting, with the remainder due at the final meeting, upon receipt of the completed evaluation report. Installment payment plans also can be arranged. Please contact us for our current prices and terms.

Important note to parents: The services provided by Learning Solutions may be available to you free-of-charge at your child’s school. You first may wish to inquire with the school about their availability.

Advantages of the self-pay option:

• You and a licensed school psychologist alone make decisions about the type of services that best fit the learner’s needs.
• Complete confidentiality (to the extent permitted by law) is maintained, unless you authorize in writing that information about your services be released to a third party.
• A psychiatric diagnosis is not necessary in order to receive services.
• The services provided DO NOT become part of the learner’s permanent medical record.
